This termination fee can be waived or adjusted by written agreement between the Consultants and the Clients. If early termination occurs, the Consultants will turn over project documents to the Client no later than one week from notification.
The Consultants can terminate during the agreement only if the principals are physically unable to fulfill this agreement and with 30-day written notice to the Client. At notification the Consultants must provide alternatives and options for the products and results outlined in this proposal. If such termination is necessary, the Consultants will work in good faith to reduce project disruption.
