What is it?

Implementation support is when clients optimize our experience in planning and management and, if we have helped them build their strategic plan, the knowledge we have of their plan to provide scale to their management team as they move into implementing a new strategic direction.

How it works?

In the final stages of the planning process or directly after the plan is approved, we evaluate the planning or implementation priorities for the first phase of a new strategic direction. We use this analysis to prepare a proposal to work with the management team on the highest priority gaps in capacity or capability.
