Loved the full system from the tactical thinking trap to useful ways to access strategic thinking. The specific examples and case studies were enormously helpful as I could see myself in some of the examples, especially the one around hiring a replacement for a role that was vacated sooner than expected - the strategic thinking framework can help any executive in this same position. I most appreciated the actionable insights as any busy entrepreneur can relate to.
